Q1: Are you a manufacturer?

A1: Yes, we are an integrated factory with more than 100 workers, who combines production, sales, research and development.

Q2: What is your brand?

A2: The Chinese name of our brand is翼德 and the English name is YUADON, which has registered in China trademark office.

Q3: Does your product have the warranty?

A3: Yes, our products has the warranty. Our target is to try our best to meets customers’ needs and offer high quality products to every customer. If the products have any problems of quality in warranty period, reprocessing, returning or exchanging services are available to customers.

Q4: What’re your product inspection processes?

A4: We will be very strict with the product examine. All products will be inspected four times, including the materials inspection, manufacture inspection and shipping inspection.

Q5: What kind of certificates do your products hold?

A5: All of our products hold the corresponding certificates provided by authority organizations. The certificates are including UL, CSA, TUV, CE, SEMKO, LVD, ROHS, REACH, etc.

Q6: What forms of payment does your company accept?

A6: T/T 30% as deposit, and balance 70% before delivery. The following payment methods are accepted by our company: Paypal, HSBC Bank etc.

Q7: Where do your products sale to?

A7: Our products are mainly sale to Southeast, Asia, Europe, US, UK, Korea, Pearl River Delta of China, etc.

Q9: What is your MOQ?

A9: The MOQ is 100pcs.

Q10: Will you provide any samples for customers?

A10: Yes, we will provide samples for customers twice. We will provide customers with the sample produced in accordance with customers needs. The other is after customers’ confirming. Then we start to manufacture our items according to the samples confirmed.

Q11: How long will it take to finish a sample?

A11: Generally, we will provide samples for customers with 1-3 days once confirmed the info. The handling time would be a little different as different customers has different needs and it would be affected by different shapes, materials, colors and craft.

Q12: What is your delivery time?

A12: The delivery time will be depended on the order units and whether the item with parts or not. Generally, it will take 2-3 business days for customers to get them. If the item has parts, it will take 5 business days ( if urgent order, it can be discussed.)

Q13: What kind of carrier do you ship?

A13: In general, goods can be delivered by airport/sea/Express: DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, EMS etc.). If you order is placed before 5 pm, we will ship your item on the day. After 5 pm, we will ship your item ASAP.

Q14: What is your terms of packing?

A14: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q15: How about warranty?

A15: We provide one-year guarantee service.

Q16: Could you print my logo or paste my label?

A16: Yes, we can do it. Generally speaking, the MOQ for printing is 100pcs except that some special goods will depend on the detailed quantity.
